【个人简介】
厦门大学信息学院计算机系,教授,博士生导师,副系主任。2000年毕业于华中理工大学生物医学工程系,获工学学士;2007毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程系,获工学博士学位;2007-2009在北京大学信息学院计算机系从事博士后工作;2009年进入厦门大学信息学院计算系工作;2014-2015年赴伊利诺伊香槟大学分校电子与计算机工程访学。主要研究方向为计算智能,计算理论,数据挖掘,生物信息处理,移动与微传感技术等。近年发表sci收录论文四十多篇,其中包括 bioinformatics、briefings in bioinformatics、advanced optical materials、ieee transactions on nanobioscience、information science等学术期刊。多次担任ieee transactions on nanobioscience、neurocomputing、中国科学等杂志审稿人,受邀担任bicta、acmc等国际会议程序委员会委员。主持包括国家重点研究计划课题、国家自然科学基金、十三五国家海洋经济创新发展区域示范项目子项目在内的多个国家和企业科研项目,获省自然科学奖一等奖、省科技进步奖二等奖和教育部自然科学二等奖各1项,获苏州市优秀科技镇长团员和厦门市重点人才等荣誉称号。
